Excel With AZ is a newly established brand proudly serving Cambridge, King's Lynn, and the surrounding areas, offering professional massage and therapy services in the comfort of your own home. Founded by a passionate practitioner currently entering the final year of a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy degree, the business combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver high-quality, client-focused care.

With experience providing massage to professional and recreational runners at the Cambridge Half Marathon 2025, as well as supporting the National Basketball League Division 1 women and BUCS Volleyball Teams, Excel With AZ is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels perform at their best and recover effectively. However, our services are not only for athletes—whether you’re dealing with pain, stress, or tension from everyday life, we’re here to help you feel your best.

In addition to sports massage, deep tissue therapy, kinesiology taping, and rigid taping, we also offer postural assessments, neurological testing, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques. Personal training services will also be available soon, providing a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.
